Closing Down Sale Terms & Conditions

Angove Street Collective is holding a closing down sale as we prepare to close our physical retail store.

At this stage, we are moving online and Angove Street Collective will continue to operate through our website. We will keep our customers updated with any future changes to our business, product range, ordering process, delivery options, pickup availability, and trading arrangements.

During this transition, selected items may be available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. Closing down sale terms may apply to marked sale items, while future online products and services may be subject to updated terms and conditions.

Thank you for supporting Angove Street Collective as we move into this next chapter.


Sale Dates and Stock Availability

Our closing down sale starts on 2 May and will continue while stocks last. We expect the sale to run until approximately the end of May, however items may sell out earlier due to limited availability.

All available stock will be listed online where possible. As this is a closing down sale, some items may be limited in quantity and may not be restocked once sold out.

If an item is purchased online but is no longer available, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and offer a refund for the unavailable item.


Discounts and Pricing

Closing down sale discounts apply store wide as marked and signed.

Discounts do not apply to:

  • delivery fees
  • items that have already been discounted, unless otherwise stated

Prices, discounts and sale signage will be displayed clearly where applicable. Closing down sale discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Closing down sale purchases are final for change-of-mind purposes. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong item, or no longer require the item.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major fault, is not as described, is unsafe, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Condition of Items

Some closing down sale items may be ex-display, floor stock, seconds, handmade, vintage, one-off, or imperfect pieces.

Any items that are seconds or have known damage will be noted or marked on the product tag where applicable. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchasing, particularly furniture, homewares, vintage pieces, and one-off items.

Known faults or imperfections that are clearly marked or disclosed before purchase will be considered part of the item’s condition at the time of sale. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.


Online Orders

Online orders will be processed within 24 hours where possible. During our busy closing down sale period, orders will usually be dispatched within 1–4 days.

Local delivery is also available for eligible orders within the Perth metro area.

If you would like to arrange your own freight or delivery, please check out using Click & Collect and contact us with your delivery or freight arrangements.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. As this is a closing down sale with limited stock, we may not be able to change or cancel orders after this time.


Delivery and Freight

Local delivery is available for eligible orders within the Perth metro area.

If you would like to arrange your own freight or delivery, please check out using Click & Collect and contact us with your delivery or freight arrangements.

Customers are responsible for checking all measurements before purchasing, particularly for furniture, lighting, rugs and larger homewares. Please ensure items will fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts, hallways and into the intended space before placing your order.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring suitable access is available for delivery, including parking, stairs, lifts, gates, building access and any other relevant delivery requirements.

Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee, which must be paid before a second delivery attempt is made.

Gift Cards, Store Credits and Vouchers

Gift cards can be used during the closing down sale.

We are no longer selling new gift cards.

Store credits can also be used during the closing down sale, and we recommend customers use any existing store credit as soon as possible.

Store credits and gift cards will remain valid for online purchases once the physical store closes. Please note that our future online product range and offering may differ from what is currently available in store.

 

Special Orders

Special orders may still be available for selected products during the closing down sale period. Please note that special orders are subject to supplier availability, delivery timeframes and payment terms.

Armadillo & Baya Rug Orders

Please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery of Armadillo and Baya rug orders.

For in-store orders, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery.

For online orders, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Special orders are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Artwork Orders

Please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery of artwork orders.

For in-store orders, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery.

For online orders, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Artwork orders are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Coffee Table Orders

Please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery of stocked coffee table items.

If a different delivery timeframe applies, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to advise of the expected lead time. If the revised lead time does not suit, the customer may choose to cancel the order.

For in-store orders, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery.

For online orders, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Coffee table orders are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Product Images, Colours and Measurements

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible online and in store. However, product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings and natural material variations.

Many of our pieces are handmade, natural, vintage, one-off or artisan-made, and may include variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, weave, shape or size. These variations are part of the character of the item and are not considered faults unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions carefully before purchasing, particularly for furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork and larger homewares.

Please ensure that items will fit your intended space and can be safely delivered through doorways, stairwells, lifts, hallways and any other access points.


Errors, Stock Availability and Corrections

We do our best to ensure all product information, pricing, discounts and stock availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, discount information, stock availability, typographical errors or other mistakes where necessary.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the issue and provide available options. This may include confirming whether you would still like to proceed with the order, offering an alternative item where available, or providing a refund.

As closing down sale stock is limited, some items may sell out quickly and may not be restocked. If an item is purchased online but is no longer available, we will contact the customer and offer a refund for the unavailable item.


 

Our Website Will Remain Online

Although our physical store is closing, Angove Street Collective will continue to operate online.

At this stage, we are moving online and will keep our customers updated with any future changes to our business, product range, ordering process, delivery options, pickup availability and trading arrangements.

Please note that our future online product range and offering may differ from what is currently available in store. Products, pricing, delivery options, special order availability and terms may change as we transition to online trading.

These closing down sale terms apply to the current closing down sale period and marked sale items. Future online purchases may be subject to updated terms and conditions.
