Shipping Terms

At Angove Street Collective, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find details on how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Dispatch Times

• In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Custom orders: We will contact you directly with lead times and delivery details.

Shipping Within Australia

• We ship nationally from Perth, Western Australia.

• Smaller items will be sent via express delivery where possible.

• Larger items (such as furniture and oversized pieces) are delivered with trusted couriers. Delivery times for these items are typically 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

International Orders

At this stage, we do not offer automated international shipping. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping is available on all ELK orders.

• For all other items, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

• Free collection is available from our Perth store.

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking or consignment details, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we work with trusted couriers and shipping partners, delays can sometimes occur that are beyond our control. We will do everything possible to keep you updated and communicate expected delivery timeframes.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

In-Store Pickup & Customer Couriers

• In-store pickup is available at our Perth store.

• If you prefer, you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order. Please note that Angove Street Collective is not liable for any loss or damage once the product has left our store in this instance.
