Returns & Exchanges

At Angove Street Collective, we take pride in offering carefully curated pieces of furniture, fashion, and homewares. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

  • Exchanges or store credits may be offered at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to request an exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Fashion & Accessories

  • Clothing and accessories may be exchanged for a different size or item if returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and personal care products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Final Sale / Clearance Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless faulty.

Timeframe & Process

  1. Contact us at info@angovestreetcollective.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and photos if relevant.

  3. Once approved, items must be returned to us at your expense (unless faulty).

  4. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases can also be returned in person to our Perth store, following the same conditions above.
