Unpainted Timber
To prolong the surface of the timber please do not leave spills to sit on surfaces. Avoid contact with heat, liquid, and take care when placing abrasive objects on the timber. Direct and reflective sunlight will affect all timber as it lightens and ages beautifully in its own special way.
We recommend Feast Watson Hard Wax once a year to maintain the lustre of waxed furniture.
Painted Timber
Dust regularly and keep out of direct and reflective sunlight.
Angove Street Collective imports many timber products from overseas. We do our best to ensure our products are either recycled, aged timber or kiln dried to minimise timber movement. However, as a natural product, timber will move. Some opening of the grain is considered a natural part of the product and not a fault.
Marble
Wipe up spills immediately—marble is porous and can stain easily. Clean with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner or mild soapy water, and avoid harsh chemicals or acidic products like vinegar and lemon. Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads under décor, and keep hot items off the surface. Dust regularly, and apply a quality marble sealer as recommended.
Painted Metal
Wipe regularly with a soft dry cloth. Metal paint pens may be useful to disguise scratches. test in an inconspicuous area first.
Do not drag furniture.
All timber products are for indoor use unless specifically stated otherwise.
